EMSCQI.com Inc. has developed a product and service for tracking quality of emergency medical services. EMSCQI.com is a Web-based application that allows CQI personnel to input their company run rport data. Reports compiling all data colelcted can be viewed with the ability to compare individual EMTs, the EMS serice as a whole, state, data, and the national benchmark. The EMSCQI.com database works by creating a distinct company account with user name and password. Specific "runsheets" are then created to colelct only the dta an EMS service wishes to collect. All runsheets are tailored to the needs of the service. Reports are then generaed that allow a service to track such items as success rates for IVs or intubation, as well as track medication use and the accuracy of documentation.
